Hours: Part time, M-F approximately 15 hours per week. (This is a temporary position while our
office manager is on an unexpected leave. Potential as a substitute fill in after the manager
resumes her duties.)

Salary: As of January 1, 2022, $13 per hour.

Responsibilities:

  • Performs general office duties
  • Receives daily mail, answering phone calls and emails
  • Managing the office equipment
  • Contact with church leaders and assists with projects
  • Payroll coordinator including employee time sheets
  • Processes purchases for church needs
  • Other duties as listed on the job description
  • Other duties as directed by the pastor
  • Reports to the Pastor, SPRC Chair and Committee

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of business software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, QuickBooks etc.
  • Knowledge of Federal and NJ State payroll taxes and electronic transfer of the same
  • Knowledge of Servant Keeper is a plus
  • Administrative Assistant experience a plus
