Director of Music & Worship Arts (Part-Time Position)

First United Methodist Church of Glassboro is seeking a passionate and skilled Director of Music and Worship Arts to lead and foster our music and worship ministries. This individual will collaborate with the pastor, worship teams, and other leaders to plan and implement meaningful worship experiences. They will Direct the Chancel Choir and Children’s Choir, while overseeing music for worship services and special programs. *This is a part-time position

Qualifications: 

• Musical proficiency, leadership skills, and a heart for worship. *Must be able to read and play music. 

• Ministry & Creative Team Collaboration. 

• Ability to be inclusive and welcoming to the congregation and community.
